Cultivate about a hundred of camellias, some in the ground and most in the pot. Mainly C. japonica, and some hybrids including C. crysantha, C. yuhsienensis, C. lutchuensis, C. fraterna, etc.
I am interested in new color camellias such as violet, green, orange and yellow; and also in fragrant camellias.

My interest is to breed yellow with fragrance varieties of Camelli. Yellow variety, named as "Kinochou"(meaning of yellow butterfly), was already released for market from Kurume Tsutsuji Seisan Kumiai (Yoshiki, Kusano, Kurume City, Fukuoka Pref.), and recieves a high reputation in these days.
